COURSE DESCRIPTION
Every law practice is also a business. Timely billing and collecting and fees is essential to stability of the practice and the livelihood of its attorneys and staff. But unlike any other business, this essential financial aspect is governed by a host of ethics rules. This program will discuss ethics rules as they apply to billing and collecting attorneys fees, common traps and sources of ethics sanction, and best practices.
