COURSE DESCRIPTION
Employment disputes, whether in formal litigation or in pre-litigation often end in a negotiated settlement involving payment of money, the release of certain liability, and, crucially, confidentiality and non-disparagement agreements. This program will provide you with a drafters guide to the most important provisions in these settlement agreements, the limits of their enforceability, and common errors.
