Every law practice needs to develop new clients and sustain those relationships. This may take the form of direct or indirect solicitation, advertising or law firm web sites, blogs or newsletters, or a range of other activities. Though vitally important to the viability of a law practice, client development activities are limited by whats permissible under ethics rules.
