COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will provide you with a framework for uses and substantive content in letters of intent in real estate transactions. The program will cover letters of intent in acquisitions, development and leasing of real property. The program will also cover use of letters of intent to set-up negotiations and to facilitate drafting the underlying documentation.
