COURSE DESCRIPTION
Short-term notes are the most common form of debt issued by companies. These short-term notes are crucial to funding closely held companies. This program will cover drafting short-term notes/commercial paper, discuss the framework of law under UCC Article 3 governing commercial paper, and common traps in the use of these instruments.
