COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will discuss the interrelationship of attorney ethics rules to disqualifications from representing clients in certain matters, and how the disqualification may result in ethical sanctions. The program will also cover how ethical claims are improperly used to impact litigation and ethical risks of those improper claims.
