Most major business transactions allow a minority stakeholder to exit his or her ownership or other pecuniary position in a company if a larger stakeholder exists in whole or in part. There are various techniques - typically in buy/sell agreements stockholder or operating agreements - for establishing these rights and facilitating the liquidation of an interest. This program will provide you with a practical guide to these alternatives and drafting them in operative agreements.
